Facial Fractures Before Picture This is a patient that was involved in a motor vehicle accident.  He suffered multiple broken bones of his face.   After Picture He had surgery to repair the broken bones of his face with titanium plates and screws.  Note restoration of the form of the facial skeleton.   Before Picture This is a 67 year old women referred by her primary care physician for evaluation and removal of a mass of her forehead.  CT evaluation revealed the mass was composed of fat and bone.  She had removal of this mass through an incision at the top of the scalp (“Coronal Incision”) so that the scar could be concealed in the hair. After Picture This the same patient 3 ½ months after the procedure.  The incision in well healed and hidden in the scalp and without loss of her hair.  She has a much improved forehead contour.  The before and after pictures above are ACTUAL PATIENTS of Dr. Earl Stephenson, Jr. Your results may vary.
